I am a freelance writer, editor, and public relations consultant based in Northern California. My published writing<\/a> is an eclectic mix of video game reviews and feature articles (both online and in print); short fiction and creative nonfiction; dollhouse miniature tutorials in magazines and on my blog<\/a>; and patient education materials.<\/p>\n In my public relations work, I specialize in adventure and story-based games. Since 2009 I have consulted with indie studios to develop and execute PR campaigns for more than 100 games for PC\/Mac, mobile, and consoles. My client list<\/a> will give you a feel for the type of games I like to work on.<\/p>\n In 2019 I expanded my contract work to include freelance editing. I have a copyediting certificate with a specialization in developmental editing from the University of Chicago and am a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association<\/a>.
